Imaginative Realism & Unique Canalscapes
"Fine Art Paintings and Drawings in Two Genres Sold in Various Venues"
I've enjoyed commercial art murals and custom signs and have had very extensive opportunities to paint a huge cross-section of genres and styles which answered the question: "Whoa, how in the world will I create THAT visual effect?"
Imaginative Realism was described by one good artist as "Painting things that don't exist." (except in my fertile imagination) Surrealism fits within that definition.
The "Canalscapes" are paintings of (~Circa 1450 AD) thatch roof houses and other structures built on canals with reflections of the buildings in the water from a place I love, the lowlands of Europe.
